We have been busy the past few months setting up new classes, launching a web app, and so much more! In another post, we will go into more detail about each one but for now, let’s check out what’s new!
We have launched our new WEB APP! It’s free to sign up, and it’s perfect for those of you far away and who cannot attend our in-person sessions or Zoom classes. You can use it on a laptop or computer, or on your smartphone. Two ways to access the content:

Some courses will be subscription based, some will be one time purchases. We are working on a Baguazhang mastery program that will be launched this fall. We have several courses uploaded and ready to go, AND content will be added every 1-2 weeks. From time to time we post free content too. We hope you’ll join us & be part of the community.
For our line up of fall and winter session classes, see our CLASSES page! We are teaching in-person in Niverville, Manitoba at the Niverville Community Resource and Recreation Centre, Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. Registration is done through their programming so please call: 204-388-4600. We are looking forward to teaching in-person after a 3 year hiatus!
We also offer Qigong and Baguazhang classes over Zoom so you can participate from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your own home. Wednesday 12noon-12:30pm CST & Thursday 6:00-6:45pm CST. Baguazhang is Thursday from 7-8:30pm CST. Send us an email to inquire and we will send out our registration package!
NEW services: Check out our Qigong Healing and Bio Resonance services.
Kelly has been studying in Grandmaster Peng’s system for over twenty years. He offers this service as a compliment to the physical arts on someone’s health journey. Qigong healing will ‘draw out’ the stuck or congested qi and often a short-lived reoccurrence of the issue will happen as the body processes out the previously stuck energy. Chronic issues that have been present for a long time can go through several cycles of healing before the body is cleared.
Soul navigation is one of Kellie’s specialties – assisting individuals to feel deeper behind the interference preventing coherent resonance of one’s body so they may release what no longer serves them. Combined with Bio Resonance, this service is another compliment to the physical arts to assist someone on their health journey.
