In other news, we have a new podcast up on Transitions & Transformations:
In this episode, Kelly & Kellie recorded on the car ride home from a few hours of R&R at a local beach. They discussed life transitions, giving yourself grace, and how to feel in your body when you’re in your heart or your ego. Kellie is candid about her catapulted journey into motherhood when her first child was born prematurely, how her world changed overnight 24 years ago, and how she is consciously transitioning into a new phase of life right now. They talk about how we use fear as a motivator, believing we are creating out of love when we are still in our ego. Another jam-packed episode you won’t want to miss!
